About IDEAS

China IDEAS is China’s first educational camp organization with a research center that meets international standard. IDEAS is a member of International Camping Fellowship (ICF), American Camp Association (ACA) and Association of Experiential Education (AEE).

China IDEAS provides high quality camp programs for children 4-18 years. The Beidaihe camp site is the first international youth camp in China with advanced facilities. It is located at Beidaihe’s beach front, very close to Beijing. The site takes up 30 acres with built-in theater, DIY rooms, library, exhibition room, cafeteria, and lodge space. It has both Chinese-speaking and English-speaking counselors. Since founded in 2012, China IDEAS has served 30,000+ campers from 20 countries all over the world.

IDEAS Beidaihe Summer Camp

The camp provides rich course options, including international music, Chinese traditions and culture, arts and crafts, musical, sailing, baseball, nature exploration, STEAM, and water sports, etc. With two weeks living on campus, learning through various programs and hands-on working experiences, our students learn to adapt to the new environment quickly, to respect multi-cultures, to become great team players, to improve problem solving skills, and to develop leadership and ownership.
