The Cardigan Summer Session is not a traditional summer camp OR a traditional summer school. The mission is to provide the perfect balance between authentic learning, personal development, and summertime fun. Students attend five short class periods in the morning. Kids have the opportunity to explore diverse learning experiences such as mixed media art, dance, and wilderness adventures. Even more traditional course offerings (journalism, SSAT prep, languages) are structured to be fun. Students can improve their academic skills, broaden their experiences, try new hobbies, and develop new friendships all while enjoying a wide variety of activities and a full community life on the scenic Cardigan Mountain School campus.
