Pleasant Valley Camp for girls was founded in 1969 and located on Lake Wentworth in Wolfeboro. From the beginning Pleasant Valley has provided the perfect setting for girls, ages 8 – 15, to have fun while developing new interests, learning responsibility, improving skills, being creative, exploring the natural environment, and meeting new friends from around the world.

In 1989 Pleasant Valley was moved to its current location on Lake Winnipesaukee. The new larger site, which is adjacent to North Woods Camp for boys, offered more girls the opportunity to enjoy a superior resident camping experience in a friendly, positive and supportive atmosphere. Pleasant Valley continues to offer an environment where campers and staff come together to create a community of respect, teamwork and self-discovery.

Water activities including swimming, canoe, windsurfing, waterskiing. Land activities include photogrphy, dance, drama, music, leater craft, tennis and etc.
